ampm is a convenience store chain with branches located in several U.S. states including Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, recently in Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida, and in several countries worldwide, including Japan. The ampm brand is owned by BP America, Inc., a subsidiary of BP, which acquired its founding owner, Atlantic Richfield Company , in 2000. In the US, the stores are usually attached to an ARCO or BP branded gas station. The first locations opened in Southern California in the late 1970s.

The Kings compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member club of the league's Western Conference Pacific Division. The Kings are the only team in the major professional North American sports leagues located in Sacramento. The team play its home games at the Golden 1 Center.
