The signature "?" displayed on the funnel of Celebrity ships is the Greek letter chi, for "Chandris". The company has its headquarters in Miami, Florida. The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is an annual wine and spirits events showcasing many of the world's top chefs, spirits producers, and culinary personalities. The event is hosted by Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Proceeds from the festival go to the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management's Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU.
