The fifth annual HGTV Green Home showcases a beautiful, custom-built "green" home located just outside Atlanta in Serenbe, a community in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia. One giveaway winner will be provided with the fully furnished 2,300-square-foot home plus $100,000 and a 2012 GMC ® Terrain ®. Designed by Kemp Hall Studio, the 2012 HGTV Green Home is a modern family farmhouse with a design inspired by Southeastern culture and regional architecture. Located in an idyllic, eco- progressive community 25 minutes south of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, the home features an open floor plan with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
