Los Angeles Times The Taste is L.A. and Orange County's finest food and wine festival, comprised of three events over three days each Labor Day weekend and three events held over two days on October 18th and 19th in Orange County. In LA, The Taste is held at the legendary Paramount Pictures Studios New York Street backlot, and over 40 restaurants and spirits exhibitors participate in each session. In Orange County, The Taste is held at The MET and in total there will be over 200 distinct restaurants participating over the two weekends for The Taste of LA and Taste of Orange County. Guests in both locations enjoy all-inclusive sampling of food and beverage and enjoy live cooking demonstrations on two stages along with L.A.'s top mixologists teaching their craft on the bar stage. Each event features a co-host duo of a Los Angeles Times food writer/editor and a local luminary in the culinary world.
