The company's corporate head office is located in Montreal, Canada, and its manufacturing facilities are in Honduras, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, the USA and Bangladesh. It also outsources some sewing operations to 3rd party contractors in Haiti. Gildan shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. Gildan acquired the sock maker Gold Toe Moretz in 2011.
The CMA Music Festival is a four-day music festival centered around country music hosted each June by the Country Music Association in Nashville, Tennessee. Begun in 1972 as Fan Fair, the event now draws over 400 artists and celebrities who hold autograph sessions and perform in one of the many concerts offered throughout the festival.
