The company is based in Fairfield, California and produces more than 34 million pounds (15,000 tonnes) of candy annually at its Fairfield, North Chicago, Illinois, and Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin facilities, which have nearly 800,000 square feet (74,000 m2) of production space between them.

The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is an annual wine and spirits events showcasing many of the world's top chefs, spirits producers, and culinary personalities. The event is hosted by Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Proceeds from the festival go to the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management's Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU.
