The franchise has over 1200 locations in 40 states and has opened approximately 200 units per year for the last three years. 95% of the locations are franchise-owned. The first Jimmy John's opened in a garage in Charleston, Illinois on January 13, 1983 with used equipment and no menu or outdoor advertisement – selling four kinds of sandwiches and 25-cent Cokes. The United Shore Professional Baseball League (USPBL) is an independent baseball league started in May of 2016.[1] Each team in the USPBL will play a full 50-game regular season schedule from May through September, with an all-star game and championship game at the conclusion of the regular season.[2]
