Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer of coffee products. Founded in Turin in 1895 by Luigi Lavazza, it was initially run from a small grocery store at Via San Tommaso 10. The business of Lavazza S.p.A. is currently administered by the third and fourth generation of the Lavazza family.

The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is an annual wine and spirits events showcasing many of the world's top chefs, spirits producers, and culinary personalities. The event is hosted by Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Proceeds from the festival go to the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management's Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU.
