The company is committed to providing the highest quality, tender and flavorful beef by coordinating the entire production process to meet strict specifications. Cattle in the program are raised in healthy, natural environments on grassland and with grains harvested by local farmers. Products are minimally processed with no artificial ingredients.

The Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, known commonly as the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is the oldest continuously running livestock show and rodeo. It has been held annually in Fort Worth, Texas since 1896, traditionally in mid-January through early February.
