Crafted in Benson, Minnesota by a fifth-generation family of spirit makers and a co-op of over 900 farmers. Distilled exclusively from certified organic #2 yellow corn grown nearby the distillery on three family farms. The distillery converts leftover corncobs into biogas energy which is used to power its stills. Distilled and bottled in limited quantities, Prairie is not always easy to find, but is now available in the USA, Canada and soon in Europe.
Over the course of four days, Feast Portland will give food and wine enthusiasts a chance to enjoy dozens of the region's most celebrated wineries, breweries and artisanal food exhibitors.
