About Property:
135 acre year-round facility that hosts 10 day annual Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival. Other in-house events include Bridal Show, Home Show, 4.0 Student Recognition Dinner, Law Day, Jazz Festival, 4th of July Celebration, Tamale Festival and California Circuit Finals Rodeo.
