Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a tourist destination near Hollywood, Florida, located on 100 acres of the Hollywood Reservation of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The features include the hotel tower, a 145,000 sq ft casino, a 4 acres lagoon-style pool area, fifteen restaurants, sixteen shops, the poker room, a spa, improv comedy club, over ten bars and nightclubs, and "Hard Rock Live" a concert venue. The Miami International Airport and all the attractions of South Beach, Downtown Miami, and Coconut Grove are a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

The Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE is an annual wine and spirits events showcasing many of the world's top chefs, spirits producers, and culinary personalities. The event is hosted by Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Proceeds from the festival go to the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management's Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center at FIU.
