Spalding is a sporting goods company founded by Albert Spalding in Chicago, Illinois, in 1876 and now headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The company specializes in the production of balls for many sports, but is most-known for its basketballs. Spalding also makes a range of products for baseball, soccer, softball, volleyball, and american football.
The National Basketball League of Canada (NBL Canada) (French: Ligue Nationale de Basketball du Canada) is a Canadian professional men's basketball league founded in 2011. There are currently 9 teams across Canada located in Windsor, London, Mississauga, Brampton, Ottawa, Halifax, Saint John, Summerside-PEI and Moncton. All the NBL teams have regional TV broadcast deals with - Rogers TV, EastLink and The Score. In addition, all the games are live streamed online via www.nblcanada.com. The NBL Canada is continuing to expand to new markets each season.
