In February 2009, it was listed in Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the fastest growing franchises based on operating units. The chain caters primarily to men and boys. In advertising the chain touts the broadcasting of sports programming throughout the stores. Sports memorabilia and logo items are displayed and are also offered for sale at some locations.

The Fresno Grizzlies are a minor league baseball team based in Fresno, California. The team, which plays in the Pacific Coast League , is the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants major league club. The Grizzlies play in Chukchansi Park , located in downtown Fresno and built in 2002. The Fresno Grizzlies' colors are black and orange, designed to mirror the colors of their parent club. All games are broadcast on KJZN 105.5 FM , with Doug Greenwald handling the play-by-play.
