SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, a leading theme-park and entertainment company based in Orlando, FL, is requesting proposals for a Sponsorship Sales Agency to provide sponsorship sales and consulting services for our eleven parks and entertainment properties, a detailed description of which are enclosed. The selected agency will serve as an extension of the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Strategic Alliances team and aid in accomplishing the following objectives: • Securing long-term corporate partnerships and strategic alliances with leading companies and brands that: o Share our core values o Drive mutual business gains (Revenue) o Deliver marketing brand value and influence Sponsorship opportunities may include, but are not limited to, Official Partnerships, Venue Naming Rights, Traditional Branding, Special Events, Media and Entertainment Platforms, Environmental / Conservation Platforms, Hospitality, Tickets, Product Integration and B2B Opportunities. Duties will include but will not be limited to: • Identify and value current and new sponsorship assets • Identify sponsorship prospects • Preparing and presenting of sponsorship sales presentations • Bi-weekly status reports / strategy meetings The selection process for determining the agency that is the best fit for the scope of work requested will take into account current and past success in a similar relationship (experience / success / references), resources available to complete objectives and payment terms. Responses will be reviewed and Agency candidates narrowed to a minimum of 3 for a formal in-person presentation to take place in Orlando, FL the week of January 6th, 2014 with the business awarded by January 24th, 2014.

Describe similar clients and provide details on projects undertaken. • A description of your approach to this opportunity • Provide details outlining the level of support expected from the client and how you would approach working together. • Provide details on your proposed project team to include backgrounds and skill sets, as well as what areas they will be responsible for.
