Assist with sports sponsorship activation for KPMG Golf player ambassadors including Phil Mickelson, Stacy Lewis, Mariah Stackhouse, and Maverick McNealy, and related to the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, and KPMG Future Leaders Program
Contribute to sports sponsorship events including event planning, on-site execution, collateral production, and post-event follow-up
Manage content and post weekly/as needed updates on KPMG’s Sports Marketing digital properties, including KPMG.com/Golf and KPMG.com/WomensLeadership
Assist with post-event follow-up process, including photo upload and library management within team’s project management system and distribution and tracking of client deliverables
Oversee autograph inventory, vet requests, and supervise distribution
Support operational excellence of Sports Marketing & Sponsorships team by assisting with team coordination and liaising with internal groups including mailroom, operations, procurement, catering and technology
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of business to business marketing experience; preferably in sports related marketing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Sports activation and events execution experience desired, golf industry is preferred
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and tactical implementation skills that contributes to the delivery of a high-end sponsorship experience; Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and also work effectively in a fast-paced environment, on a high-performing team
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain poise in interacting with top executives, celebrities and VIP stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
