Work with and along-side NA sponsorship team and Head of global sponsorships to help manage North America and Global Sports Sponsorship activities and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sports Marketing point of contact for Race Apps
Support all race apps including TCS New York City Marathon, NYC Half, Boston Marathon, Bank of America Chicago Marathon and about 6 additional race apps globally
Help build global consistencies across apps
Content Management and Creation Support
Work with local and global sponsorship, marketing and social media teams on content calendar strategy, creation, and implementation
Work with NA sponsorship team to create content to support NA content strategy
Oversee content on tcs.com and content for TCS Run Club
Create content calendar
Work with local and global teams to regularly update content
Activation Project Management
Lead the creation and development of specific activation and implement across sponsorship properties
Develop and drive brand activations aligned to the European sport sponsorship properties
Management of internal parties and external agency partners, as well as suppliers
Continuous improvement of sponsorship property metrics, inclusive of brand and thought leadership, business and network engagement, pipeline impact and client/guest experience
Ability to work across global teams and functions in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving to drive impactful, results orientated and able to plans and execute content and activations for key sponsorship properties
Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure the accurate and timely completion of quality work, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Excellent relationship building and communication capabilities
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT
Knowledge of or experience in sports marketing
Flexible and adaptable to new situations and tasks
Energetic and positive
Can multi-task
Team player willing to pitch-in to support larger team efforts
Willingness to work weekends and travel as needed
