As a member of Global Brand & Communications team, the Senior Marketing Program Manager leads integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs aimed at promoting brand awareness, attracting talent, and contributing to overall employee experience. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of external sponsorships/partnerships and leading activations that promote the Liberty brand as an employer, to help build talent pipeline.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sponsorship portfolio that supports internal tech and DEI business partners
  • Lead complex integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorship programs from strategic planning to execution
  • Serve as day-to-day contact with external sponsorship partners; manage asset/contract negotiation, build success activations and programming to bring partnerships to life
  • Build unique sponsorship programming aimed at building Liberty employer brand and attracting talent
  • Manage the development of creative executions that bring campaigns to life (all elements of branding including booth design, communications, social media assets,)
  • Demonstrate openness, logic and sound reasoning to address others’ concerns and gain support of marketing programs
  • Partner with the analytics team to develop and measure the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and sponsorships
  • Use analytics to optimize and inform future decisions and negotiations
  • Foster strong relationships within department and cross-functional partners
  • Create presentations that are well-organized and support recommendations to senior management
  • Independently lead meetings
  • Actively seek to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred. 8+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organization.
  • 7-10 years of project management/account management experience with solid background in integrated marketing and sponsorships
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of successful marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations
  • Proficient in understanding multiple marketing disciplines and how they connect
  • Experience in working directly with creative departments and external creative agencies
  • Performs well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sponsorship Management experience preferred
