2023 will mark the 42nd anniversary of the LCI Father's Day Derby. This New England tradition draws over 5,000 anglers from 30+ states for three days (June 17-19, 2023) of fishing on Lake Champlain. 

LCI is currently seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator. This person will be responsible for:

1. Cultivating new sponsors, while maintaining current relationships

2. Working with LCI staff to ensure that all specifics of sponsorship agreements are met

3. Reporting updates on a weekly basis to LCI management

Experience with the sportfishing/recreation industry is preferred

Experience selling, negotiating, contracts and agreements

Additional relevant sales experience marketing and coordinating large scale public events

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle/execute multiple tasks and prioritize

Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong attention to detail

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to successfully execute tasks, working independently as collaboratively

Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple deadlines

Ability to work a flexible schedule, be dependable and have a professional appearance and demeanor
