Marketers Makes Moves Mentoring Programme is a 6 month programme filled with advice, support and guidance for young marketing talent that will focus on giving young marketers the technical skills to go into the workplace as well as gain confidence through working 1 on 1 with a mentor. We identify that young marketing talent lacks the technical skills when it comes to marketing and hope that this programme will help them. This mentor programme will provide a bridge between University and the working world, allowing young marketing talent to grow confidence in the marketing field by being partnered with an experienced marketing professional as well as up-skill when it comes to hard skills and technical software. Technical software includes Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and SEO software such as SEMRush.
