When his previous headgear sponsor, Bombardier, left skiracing and a partnership with the resort town, Whistler, went un-renewed, Janyk turned to social media. With a new logo, website and video (below), he hopes social media will give marketers a good preview of what he can bring to the table in the run-up to the next Olympic games.

"When someone wants to partner with me, it's going to be so much more rewarding," he recently told the Vancouver Sun. "They'll be truly connected with what I'm about and I'll be truly aligned with them."
