Dollywood Finds Perfect Fit For New Ride

Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (Co-op) has agreed to be a major sponsor of Dollywood’s newest thrill ride, Barnstormer. In advance of the Spring season, Park officials offered Co-op the opportunity to have its name and logo included on signage, apparel, and promotional items associated with this new ride.

“Dollywood was looking for a partner that made sense to be included in a farm-themed ride, and Co-op was a logical fit,” says Joe Huffine, manager of TFC’s Member Services Department. “When we learned that more than half of the park’s 2.4 million visitors each year are from Tennessee, it was a logical fit for us, too. The people who are coming to Dollywood are our customers and potential customers, and they will now see the Co-op brand displayed on this exciting new ride.”

In addition to prominent signage, ride operators will wear straw hats with a Co-op logo on the band, which will be co-branded with the Dollywood logo. Gift shops around Owens Farm will also offer specially branded Co-op caps for sale. As of yet, there's no co-branding on the ride's website.
