Philly Transit Agency Renames Station For AT&T
Fans heading to South Philadelphia for ball games and concerts will soon be getting off the subway at AT&T Station.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority voted Thursday to rename the Pattison station on the Broad Street subway.
The naming rights agreement will bring more than $5 million to the cash-strapped transit agency over a five-year-contract. The name will change later this summer.
