Robby Gordon Sues Sponsor, Extenze, for $690K
Earlier in the season, Extenze and Kevin Conway were sued by Front Row Motorsports after the team claimed that Biotab Nutraceuticals, the parent company of Extenze, hadn't fulfulled their end of the contract.
Now, Robby Gordon is suing Extenze, saying that the company originally agreed to let him drive the car when it became close to falling out of the top 35 in owner's points but didn't pay him for those races.
