Shopping Mall Giant, Westfield, Eyes $33 Million Naming Rights Deal

The largest retail property group in the world, Westfield, is considering a £20 million deal to become the naming rights sponsor of West Ham Olympic stadium, according to a recent report in Construction Enquirer. The deal wouldn't start until after the Olympics in 2012 and would rename the home of English soccer team, West Ham, to Westfield Stadium.


According to the paper's sources, the deal, which is not yet signed, would be dependent on West Ham getting promoted to the Premier League next season. Read more.
