Sponsorship Sales Vet: It's Not Rocket Science

From FundSport and the UK Sports Network, check out this event they put together last night with sponsorship sales veteran, Fiona Green. Green has worked on the sponsorship side of sports for the past 21 years, selling for 2 UEFA European Championships and 3 FIFA World Cups.

The video is about an hour long so if you just have a few minutes, fast forward to around 21:00 where she talks about pricing and measuring sponsorships. She says sponsorship isn't rocket science -- or maybe much of science at all, it seems.


"I'm not dismissing all of the exciting scientific things, but I have to say that I'm a believer that when it comes to research you can take any set of statistics you want and turn them around and present them in any way you want to answer any specific question," she said.
