The Pac-10 Gets An Official Secondary Ticket Provider

TicketCity is now the Official Secondary Ticket Provider of the Pac-10 Conference, offering fans a marketplace to buy and sell tickets for all Pac-10 sporting and championship events. The partnership, announced today, will continue through conference expansion as the Pac-10 becomes the Pac-12 with the addition of Colorado and Utah for the 2011-2012 college football season.

“This is our first partnership with a college conference, and we are honored that the Pac-10 is our first,” says Rafael Rivas, Chief Strategy Officer for TicketCity. “The universities that are part of the Pac-10, and soon to be Pac-12, are among the best in the nation both athletically and scholastically. We are happy to offer these fans the opportunity to attend conference events and proud to be part of the passion and winning tradition held by the Conference of Champions.”

“We are proud to be partnering with such an established and trusted source in the secondary ticket marketplace,” says Mitch Huberman, Senior Vice President at Pac-10 Properties, which oversees Pac-10 corporate partnerships. “We look forward to working together on ways we can continue to enhance our Pac-10 fan experience.”

Conference fans will experience the TicketCity difference with national attention through presence at conference tournaments, inclusion in broadcast programming, and integration on www.pac-10.org. TicketCity also sponsors the “Best Seat in the House” promotion, where lucky fans win seat upgrades for exclusive reserved seating.

To date, TicketCity's most extensive college partnership was the inaugural TicketCity Bowl held this past January at the Cotton Bowl stadium in Dallas. Here's a complete list of TicketCity's current partners.
