Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where the tragic 2018 shooting occurred, has some positive news to share to the nation: The Stoneman Douglas Eagles Baseball Team won the 2021 National Championship for high school baseball! To honor their achievement and resolve to overcome adversity, the parents of the Douglas Diamond Booster Club have launched a "Field for Dreams" Fundraiser to renovate the field and facilities because they haven't been updated in 30 years and are in dire need of repair.
