Alliance Truck Parts is an American private label brand that offers heavy-duty truck replacement parts and accessories. The company was founded as Alliance Brand Parts in 1998 and is a division of Daimler Trucks North America, a subsidiary of the German Daimler AG. The change to Alliance Truck Parts occurred in first quarter of 2011 to better communicate its target market. The company mostly offers parts and accessories for all models of American and Canadian heavy duty class 8 diesel trucks though it offers parts for class 5-7 trucks as well.
The Alliance Truck Parts 250 is a NASCAR Nationwide Series race that takes place at Michigan International Speedway. First held in 1992, the race was a 200 miles (320 km) event from its inception through 1999, and was extended to 250 miles starting with the 2000 race. Still, it is one of two nationwide oval races held in non-short tracks to meausre less than 300 miles, the other being the Subway Jalapeño 250.
