The Amazon Inventions Tour provides startups and inventors with an opportunity to privately pitch their invention ideas in-person to Edison Nation's expert evaluation team for possible funding and further development. Inventors with ready-to-sell products are invited to present directly to Amazon for possible inclusion in Amazon Launchpad, a new program that makes it easy for inventors to launch, market and distribute their products to hundreds of millions of Amazon customers across the globe. Edison Nation has secured a $50 million investment commitment to fund the launch of selected products, including new product inventions and ready-to-scale companies that may require financial support to make their products available on Amazon.com. Edison Nation will work with those companies to provide product financing and help accelerate their development and sales as an innovation partner.
