The Bioré brand was launched in 1980 and is marketed and manufactured by Kao Corporation, a chemical and cosmetics company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The company's U.S. headquarters is Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2011, In the autumn of 2011, Bioré launched its facial foam product with a global marketing campaign that targets women in their 30's who feel the onset of changes to the skin, and who want to take a new look at their overall skin care routine.

About Property:

MidPoint Music Festival launched in 2002 in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an independent music festival and industry conference. The annual three-day event occurs each September in the city's downtown and historic Over-the-Rhine entertainment district. Founded by Cincinnati musicians Bill Donabedian, of Crosley, and Sean Rhiney, of Clabbergirl, the festival was acquired in 2008 by Cincinnati CityBeat, a weekly alternative newspaper and is mostly run by Dan McCabe.
