The Running for Ronald event, held Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Central City Park, is organized by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia, which provides care, comfort and hope for families of children being treated for various medical illnesses throughout the state of Georgia. The event includes the Running for Ronald 5K, 10K, 15K, and the Smile Mile Race, held in Macon, Georgia to benefit families of children receiving medical treatment in Central Georgia.
