William Trevor Lawrence (born October 6, 1999) is an American football quarterback. He played college football at Clemson. Lawrence attended and played football for Cartersville High School in Georgia, where he was considered to be among the best high school quarterback prospects of all time. Enrolling at Clemson University, Lawrence won the starting job for the Tigers midway through his freshman season, leading them to an undefeated season that ended with a victory in the 2019 National Championship Game.
