Alexis Noel "Lexi" Thompson (born February 10, 1995) is an American professional golfer who plays on the LPGA Tour. At age 12, she was the youngest golfer ever to qualify to play in the U.S. Women's Open. She turned professional in June 2010 at age 15. On September 18, 2011, Thompson set a new record as the youngest-ever winner of an LPGA tournament.
Following up on the momentum of the most successful year in company history, Bridgestone Golf signed 22-year-old LPGA Tour star Lexi Thompson to a multiyear deal to exclusively play and promote its golf balls.
