Bulova is a manufacturer company of watches and clocks. It has its headquarters in Woodside, Queens, New York City.[1] Bulova was founded and incorporated as the J. Bulova Company in 1875 by Joseph Bulova (1851 - November 18, 1936),[2] an immigrant from Bohemia. It was reincorporated under the name Bulova Watch Company in 1923, and became part of the Loews Corporation in 1979.[3] and sold to Citizen at the end of 2007.
The Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks, first held in 1976, are the nation’s largest 4th of July celebration. Beginning at approximately 9:25 p.m., Macy's releases fireworks from barges in New York City's East River in one of the most famous 4th of July fireworks displays in the country.
