The Arts Business Institute partners with arts organizations, business development centers and art schools across the nation to provide our "Access to Market" specialized technical assistance and business education for studio artists, craft professionals and creative entrepreneurs seeking to grow their businesses to a nationwide audience of collectors and galleries. Courses include product development, production schedules, booth design, display and lighting, gallery negotiations, event marketing, wholesaling, retailing, gallery start-up, credit, collection and sales terms, licensing, intellectual property, pricing, contracts and many other topics. Each two day workshop includes follow-up, one to one mentoring, national trade show planning for a group exhibit, and continued support for the host organization and it's membership. Workshops costs are affordable. We seek sponsors for hotel accommodations, airfare and scholarship support for disadvantaged artists. Our graduates have successfully launched profitable studios, expanded from local to nationwide sales, opened local galleries, revitalized downtown areas, produced studio tours and produced local festival events.
