The Tacoma Rainiers are a minor league baseball team that plays in the Pacific Coast League , and are the Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. A team located in Tacoma, Washington has been in the PCL every year since 1960, for the longest current active streak of membership in the league.
CHI Franciscan Health has agreed to a multi-year partnership agreement with the Seattle Sounders, Seattle Mariners, Tacoma Stars, and Tacoma Rainiers as "official Partners in Health", Sounder at Heart has learned. Franciscan has existing agreements with both the Rainiers and the Stars and is currently the shirt sponsor of the Stars.
