About Property:
San Jose Civic Auditorium, known as the San Jose Civic, is a sports arena and concert venue, located in downtown San Jose, California. The 3,000-seat venue is owned by the City of San Jose, is managed by Team San Jose and is booked by Nederlander Concerts.
The city of San Jose will receive $870,000 as a result of the five-year deal with City National. Front Row and Nederlander Concerts, companies that work with venue manager Team San Jose, will receive the remaining $330,000 of the deal, which was finalized in May.
