Marathon, Dick's Sporting Goods renew sponsor agreementMay 13, 2011 11:00 AM<p>By Michael Sanserino Pittsburgh Post-Gazette<p>The Pittsburgh Marathon and Dick's Sporting Goods have renewed a sponsorship agreement that will link the two through 2021.<p>Race director Patrice Matamoros announced the agreement this morning at a news conference.<p>Terms of the agreement were not immediately available.<p>Dick's Sporting Goods has been the title sponsor since the race returned from a five-year hiatus in 2009.<p>Sponsorship difficulties shelved the race from 2004-08.<p>The 2011 Dick's Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon starts at 7 a.m. Sunday.
