Mikal Bridges (born August 30, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Villanova Wildcats, winning national championships in 2016 and 2018. Bridges was selected with the tenth overall pick by the 76ers in the 2018 NBA draft before being traded to the Suns on draft night. He has been nicknamed “The Warden”.
