The Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon & 1/2 Marathon is an annual marathon foot-race run in and around Las Vegas, Nevada. The 42.195-kilometre race is one of the oldest marathons in the United States, having been run since 1967.
More than 45,000 runners in four different races are hitting the streets of Las Vegas. The 5K is Nov. 14 and the 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon events are Nov. 15. The half-marathon is one of the biggest in the country. Both of the marathon and half-marathon routes finish at the base of the Mirage Volcano on the Strip.
