GUESS was founded by Georges, Armand, Paul, and Maurice Marciano, four Jewish Moroccan brothers raised in Marseille, France. They moved to California from France in 1977 and founded the company in 1981.

Los Angeles Football Club is an expansion franchise in Los Angeles that plans to begin play in Major League Soccer (MLS) starting in 2018.[2][3] The team was announced in October 2014.[4]
GUESS will become LAFC’s official denim partner who will provide off-field custom suiting and fashion looks for the Club. Players will be seen in custom Italian made suiting made by Marciano, a sophisticated brand extension under the GUESS umbrella as well as contemporary fashion looks from GUESS’ men’s line, infusing style and personality into the American professional soccer scene.
