It is the flagship product of the Heineken company and is made of purified water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. In 1886 H. Elion finished the development of the Heineken A-yeast, which is still used in the brewing process today. The beer is force carbonated. At 24 consecutive days, the State Fair of Texas is the longest-running fair in the nation, as well as one of the largest. As shown by its tremendous growth, the Fair is able to continuously evolve while staying true to its original purpose.
