Insperity provides human resources services to small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2004, the company has been title sponsor of a professional golf tournament on the Champions Tour, previously known as the Administaff Small Business Classic. As of 2011 Paul J. Sarvadi is the CEO.

Vistage Worldwide, Inc. is a Peer-to-peer membership organization for CEOs, business owners and executives of small- to mid-size businesses.[1] Founded in 1957, headquartered in San Diego, Calif., Vistage has more than 20,000 CEO members in 16 countries.[2] Vistage offers four programs internationally under the marketing name Vistage Advantage: Chief Executive, Small Business, Key Executive, and Trusted Advisor Programs.[3] Members meet once a month in groups with up to 15 other executives from non-competing businesses. The groups typically begin with a speaker who presents a three-hour seminar on business strategy.
