The New Haven Chargers are the athletic teams that represent the University of New Haven, located in West Haven, Connecticut, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. The Chargers' 17 athletics teams, 7 for men and 10 for women, compete as members of the Northeast-10 Conference.[2] New Haven has been a member of the NE10 since 2008.
Through a collaboration with HyperX, the sponsor of some of the world’s top esports organizations, the University of New Haven will receive state-of-the-art gaming peripherals, and students will have the opportunity to interact with company executives and participate in HyperX product focus groups and the testing of the company’s newest offerings.
