Annual sales were equivalent to $2.9 billion in 2012.

The Mexican national football team represents Mexico in association football and is governed by the Mexican Football Federation , the governing body for football in Mexico. Mexico's home stadium is the Estadio Azteca and their head coach is José Manuel de la Torre. The team is currently ranked 21st in the FIFA World Rankings and 12th in the World Football Elo Ratings.
Soccer United Marketing, Major League Soccer and Makita U.S.A. Incorporated, announced on Monday a new sponsorship agreement that brings the California-based tool manufacturers on board as the newest corporate partner of MLS. Makita also begins a partnership with the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF) with the agreement.
