LAUSANNE, Switzerland, June 16. THE FINA President Dr. Julio C. Maglione was today in Moscow (RUS) to sign an agreement with Russian commercial bank MASTBANK, which becomes the title sponsor of the 2014 edition of the FINA Swimming World Cup.
