Maverik Lacrosse is a manufacturer of lacrosse equipment and apparel, based in New York City. The company was founded by professional lacrosse players John Gagliardi and Jay Jalbert in 2005. Maverik Lacrosse was acquired on June 3, 2010 by Private Equity group Kohlberg & Co. for an undisclosed sum.

Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is a proposed professional lacrosse league. The league's inaugural season is set to debut June 1, 2019 and include a 14-week tour-based schedule taking place in 12 "major-market cities."[1] The league is founded by the American professional lacrosse player Paul Rabil and his brother Mike Rabil. Investors include The Chernin Group and The Raine Group.

Additionally, Maverik Lacrosse will become a fixture at PLL events across the country during the inaugural season  – with the company hosting numerous fan experiences and immersive activations in the PLL Fan Zone. Earlier this year, PLL also announced Maverik-partner brand Cascade Lacrosse as the league’s Official Helmet Sponsor.
