It is the site of two annual NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races held just weeks apart in June and August, and one NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event in August. Also, returning on July 7, 2013 will be the Izod IndyCar Series.
LONG POND, PA (July 21, 2015) – Pocono Raceway and Microsoft announced today the renaming of the annual August NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race held at “The Tricky Triangle” as the Windows 10 400. The Windows 10 400 race weekend will take place from July 31st to August 2nd, just two days after the launch of Windows 10. For the first time ever, Microsoft’s popular operating system will be offered as a free upgrade* to customers with qualified Windows 7 and Windows 8 devices.
