Puma SE, officially branded as PUMA, is a major German multinational company that produces high-end athletic shoes, lifestyle footwear and other sportswear. Formed in 1924 as Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik by Adolf and Rudolf Dassler, relationships between the two brothers deteriorated until the two agreed to split in 1948, forming two separate entities, Adidas and Puma. Puma is currently based in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

The Philips Sport Vereniging, abbreviated as PSV and internationally known as PSV Eindhoven is a sports club from Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Eindhoven, 14 January 2020. PSV have agreed a five-year deal with the German sports apparel company PUMA. The new PUMA kit will be worn by all PSV’s teams from the junior, youth and academy sides to the respective adult teams and Esports athletes. The board of directors of PSV and PUMA have signed the agreement in the Philips Stadion during the New Year’s reception 2020.
